The Liberia Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention (LBMEC) has been a beacon of faith and education in Liberia since 1880. As the largest and oldest Baptist organization in the nation, we unite churches across all 15 counties under one mission: to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and advance quality education.
Our Convention exists to promote the principles of the Christian faith, bear witness to the Gospel, and serve as a resource for evangelism, education, church growth, and mission work throughout our beloved nation.
