About LBSSU
The Liberia Baptist Sunday School Union exists to promote the Sunday School Ministry of our Convention through the local congregations of our member churches.
Annual Session: January
Our Mission
To promote, support, and strengthen Sunday School programs in every Baptist church across Liberia, equipping teachers and students alike to grow in their knowledge and love of God’s Word.
What We Do
- Teacher Training We provide training sessions and resources to equip Sunday School teachers with effective teaching methods and biblical content.
- Curriculum Development We develop and distribute Sunday School materials appropriate for all age groups.
- Church Support We assist local churches in establishing and improving their Sunday School programs.
- Annual Competitions We organize Scripture memorization and Bible knowledge competitions to encourage biblical literacy among our youth.

About LBWMU
The Liberia Baptist Women Missionary Union promotes Women’s Ministry through local congregations across Liberia. We empower women to serve God through missions, ministry, and leadership while nurturing the next generation of young women.
Annual Session: February (prior to Annual LBMEC Session)
Our Mission
To inspire, challenge, and equip Baptist women for Christian ministry and missions service, while training young women through the Sunbeam and Girl’s Auxiliary programs.
What We Do
- Women’s Ministry We support and strengthen women’s ministries in local churches, providing resources, training, and fellowship opportunities.
- Missions Support We promote and support missionary work both locally and internationally, encouraging women to participate in missions.
- Leadership Development We train women for leadership roles in the church and community.
- Youth Programs We supervise the Sunbeam (younger girls) and Girl’s Auxiliary (older girls) programs, nurturing young women in faith.

- Sunbeam For younger girls, teaching them foundational truths about Jesus and missions through age appropriate activities.
- Girl’s Auxiliary For older girls, providing deeper training in missions, service, and Christian womanhood.

About LBMU
The Liberia Baptist Men’s Union promotes Men’s Ministry through local congregations across Liberia. We equip men to lead in their churches, families, and communities while mentoring young men through the Royal Ambassadors program.

Our Mission
To inspire, challenge, and equip Baptist men for Christian leadership, service, and discipleship while training young men through the Royal Ambassadors program.
What We Do
- Men’s Ministry We support and strengthen men’s ministries in local churches, providing resources, training, and fellowship opportunities.
- Leadership Training We train men for leadership roles in the church, home, and community.
- Service Projects We organize community service and outreach projects that demonstrate Christian love in action.
- Youth Mentorship We supervise the Royal Ambassadors program, mentoring young men in faith and character.
Royal Ambassadors
The Royal Ambassadors program trains young men in Christian character, missions awareness, and leadership skills. Through activities, Bible study, and mentorship, we prepare young men to serve God and their communities.

What We Do
- Youth Programs We develop and promote youth programs that engage young people in worship, fellowship,
and service. - Leadership Development We train young people for current and future leadership in Baptist churches.
- Conferences & Retreats We organize events that bring young Baptists together for inspiration and spiritual
growth. - Community Outreach We engage young people in missions and community service projects.
